Belomazhev wins bronze in Obertilliach

Bulgarian Stanimir Belomazhev won a bronze medal in the long distance competition at the European Ski Orienteering Championship in Obertilliach, Austria. After placing 6th in the mass start in the middle distance, Belomazhev grabbed the bronze showing great performance in the classic discipline with a length of 28,500 meters and 36 control points. Lars Moholdt (Norway) became European champion with a time of 92:42 minutes. Edward Hrenikov from Russia placed second.
