The ministry of education kicks off an information campaign among the Bulgarian communities abroad for recruitment of students, PhDs and graduates who want to study at universities in this country as of the new academic year. The information days /March 14 – 31/ will be held in Moldova, Ukraine, Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia and Serbia. Those will be carried out by experts with the ministry of education and representatives of the State Agency for Bulgarians Abroad and also of the universities. This will be the campaign’s 5th edition in a row. Up to 1,000 Bulgarians living abroad are expected to sign in this year.
