Archaeological discovery of the century near Pleven?

Archaeologists have discovered near the Pleven village of Riben, North Bulgaria a proof of the existence of a 5,000-year-old form of writing. A clay plate with pictographic signs was discovered during the excavations, preceding the Sumerian and Egyptian writing, dated 2,000 years later. Archaeologists from the regional museum of history in Pleven state that this is the discovery of the century, regarding mankind’s written communication.
