On the occasion of the 141st anniversary since the April Uprising, a commemorative mass was served at the monument of Georgi Benkovski in the seaside park in Varna. Benkovski, whos true name was Gavril Gruev Hlatev (1843-1876), was a revolutionary and one of the leading figures of the Bulgarian anti-Ottoman April Uprising.
