FC Levski celebrates today its 103th anniversary. By tradition the leadership of the blue club laid flowers at 22nd school where the football club was founded in 1914. Attending the ceremony were fans of Levski, members of its junior team, as well as Sport Director Daniel Borimirov and Head Coach Nikolay Mitov. The club is named after Bulgaria’s foremost national hero Vasil Levski (1837-1873). FC Levski is one of the most successful football clubs in Bulgarian history, both at home and in Europe.
