Bulgarian Minister of Tourism Nikolina Angelkova and Russian Ambassador to Bulgaria Anatoly Makarov have visited two children’s camps on the Northern Black Sea coast where mostly kids from Russia come over for holidays. The minister recalled that the Bulgarian Black Sea traditionally offers very good accommodation for Russian children’s groups. About 4000 kids visit Albatros camp alone during the summer season, and they mostly come from Russia and Ukraine, the Ministry of Tourism has said. Ambassador Makarov has hailed Bulgaria for the good organization and the excellent conditions that this country provides at children’s camps. He has pointed out that an increasing number of Russian tourists opt for Bulgaria as a destination for holidays and other trips. The number has been rising of children and youths who come to Bulgaria for organized holidays, the diplomat has added.
