Bulgaria participation in 2018 World Cup qualifications ends

The Bulgarian national side drew Luxembourg as guest 1:1 in a match from the qualifications for the 2018 World Cup in football due in Russia.

In this match the national team claimed its first point as guest in these qualifications but it is for the first time in history it has failed to win versus Luxembourg.

Bulgaria’s participation in the World Cup qualifications has ended with the country taking the fourth place in Group A after four wins, one draw and five losses and a goal ratio of 14:19.
