The participants of the architecture worksho pARCH+ in Burgas presented their installation – a unique piece offurniture. It represents a bench made of wood and textile. A treasure of coins was discovered in the town of Mezdra, while eradicating an old tree in a private property. The coins were in a ceramic pot hidden in the roots of the tree. 183 coins were taken to the Regional Museum of History in the near-by town of Vratsa, and later another three were brought to the museum. The find of the silver Roman coins in Mezdra is of exceptional cultural and historic value, said the director of the Vratsa museum Georgi Ganetsovski. Urgent rescue actions are about to be conducted on the site of the archeological digging, which should be closed by end November. Photos: BTA
