The Bulgarian national football team for athletes with hearing impairment has qualified for the Euro 2018. The Bulgarians won in their group after they scored two victories against the Netherlands, winning 6:1 and against Scotland, winning 9:0 in a qualifier in Tel Aviv, Israel. Thus, the team, led by coaches Hristo Petkov and Plamen Petkov, is already part of the 16 teams in the football elite of Europe for hearing impaired athletes and will compete for the medals at the upcoming 5th edition of the European championship in Tampere, Finland in 2018.
