Bulgarian boxers bid goodbye to 2017 with 136 medals

The Bulgarian Boxing Federation bids goodbye to 2017 as one of the most successful years for Bulgarian boxing. Boxers from different age groups have won the total of 136 medals, 28 of which at European Championships.

For the sake of comparison, in 2016 Bulgaria won just eight medals.

"We have created a good team and have proved that by being united we can progress and achieve even greater successes", said BBF President Krassimir Ininski.
