The Chair of the European Parliament Foreign Affairs Committee David McAllister hailed the focus that Bulgaria has laid on the Western Balkans with a view to Bulgaria itself setting a positive example for good neighbour relations.
David McAllister voiced this view during the Inter-Parliamentary Conference for the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP) and the Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP)in Sofia.
