Following talks in Sofia with the Prime Minister of Cabo Verde José Ulisses de Pina Correia e Silva, his Bulgarian counterpart Boyko Borissov stated that unlike many countries in Europe Bulgaria is not burdened with problems with Africa in the past and has serious intentions for investments in that country.
