There is no reason why the EU-Turkey summit in Varna on March 26 can not take place, Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov said. Premier Borissov is attending the European Council meeting in Brussels where a final decision about such summit will be made. At this point there will be an EU-Turkey summit in Varna. This is perhaps one of the last opportunities for the European Union and Turkey to continue the dialogue. Recently, we have witnessed a series of wars and increased tension in all parts of the globe, Boyko Borissov went on to say.
