A concert of the Swiss Youth Symphony Orchestra from Bern gave the start to the Fifth edition of the International Summer Festival and Allegra Academy in Russe. Soloists in the concert were prominent shepherd flute player Teodossii Spassov and pianist Ivaylo Kovachev. The Festival and Academy in Russe will bring together 80 young talents from 20 countries. The official start was given today, of the pilot grant system of vouchers for small and medium size enterprises, wishing to enlist on Bulgarian stock exchange. This is the first time when Bulgarian companies will be able to benefit from gratuitous financing in support of their stepping on the stock exchange.
