Bulgarian rhythmic gymnasts with no medals in ball, hoop

Fourth place of Boryana Kaleyn in the hoop, and seventh place for Neviana Vladinova in ball, and seventh place of Katrin Taseva in hoop and ball: this is the ranking of the Bulgarian gymnasts after the first two finals in individual apparatuses at the 36th Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships underway in Sofia.

The 2017 world champion in the all-around Dina Averina (Russia) won the titles in both apparatuses. In hoop Linoy Ashram of Israel is second followed by Arina Averina (Russia). In ball the silver was won by Alexandra Soldatova (Russia) and third is Italian Alexandra Agiurgiuculese. Bulgaria has retained the second place in the team ranking in women after the second day of qualifications.
