Artists from 10 Danube countries (Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova and Ukraine) are presenting in the city of Ruse the Danube Cartoons Exhibition. In the touring exhibition Danube Cartoons, the Working Community of the Danube Regions presents the work of artists from the Danube region who interpreted aspects of the cultural, ecological, economic and social life in the Danube Basin in cartoons and caricatures. Director of the Krems Museum of Caricature (Austria) Gottfried Gusenbauer is a curator of the exhibition. The touring exhibition will be displayed in Ruse until October 1. Later, it will be on display in Novi Sad (Serbia) and Timisoara (Romania).
