The Natural Sciences Museum in Plovdiv holds the largest freshwater aquarium in this country. It is the home of around 220 kinds of freshwater and marine fish. The thirty separate aquariums contain over 10 tons of water. Visitors to the place can see there certain rare species of batoids and sharks raised indoors.  Photos: BTA
