800 square meters carrying nearly 400 mosaic fragments have been processed so far by the team working on the restoration and conservation of the floor mosaics of the Grand (Bishop’s) Basilica in Plovdiv. The overall area of the mosaics, which will be on display at the Basilica, is more than 2000 square meters.
