There has been no work going on the National Strategy for the Child, Social Minister Biser Petkov said. Prime Minister Boyko Borisov has ordered stopping of work due to negative public response. Our understanding is that the responsibility for bringing up a child belongs to the parents and the state is helping them in this, the minister said.
