Bulgarian traveler starts on charity solo bike trip to raise money for two children

Krum Krumov, a Bulgarian traveler, translator and triathlete started on a charity bike trip from Sozopol in Bulgaria to the town of Santiago de Compostela in Spain.

The idea is to raise money for the medical treatment of two children: a 3-year old Bulgarian boy and a 12-year old girl of Bulgarian-Polish descent. On social media Krum Krumov announced his charity trip in Bulgaria and in Poland.

The traveler will cover 5,000 kms. in all. His chosen route is symbolical. The start is from the Saints Cyril and Methodius church in Sozopo on the Black Sea. Krumov will then traverse the Balkan countries and Italy. From France he will follow the St. James pilgrimage route and end his trip at the St. James church in Santiago de Compostela.
