Katrin Gemkova becomes ITF Taekwon-Do World Champion

European Champion for 2018 and 2019 Katrin Gemkova became World Junior Champion in the sparring discipline of the 21st ITF Taekwon-Do World Championship held in Plovdiv. On her way to the title, Gemkova overcame rivals from Korea, Russia, Greece and Estonia. Over 1500 participants from 84 countries in all age groups - adolescents, girls, men, women and veterans, competed in the championship.
