North Macedonia Commission: The Bulgarian Club "Ivan Mihaylov" in Bitola guilty of discrimination

The Bulgarian association "Ivan Mihaylov" in Bitola has committed acts of discrimination on national and ethnic grounds, the Commission for Protection against Discrimination of North Macedonia has concluded after an inspection of the association. This was announced by the chairwoman of the Commission Vesna Bendevska, quoted by Macedonian media. 
The association has 45 days to remove the controversial elements in its name, status and program, and 30 days to remove from its Facebook page all posts that cause harassment in the form of instructions about Ivan Mihailov's deeds and ideology.
Over the summer, an arson attack was carried out against the club. The damage was material and the perpetrator, Lambe Alabakovski, was given a suspended sentence.
