AEJ-Bulgaria calls on Sofia to respond to the news that Moscow has placed journalist Christo Grozev on its wanted list

The Association of European Journalists - Bulgaria (AEJ-Bulgaria) insists that Sofia immediately responds to the news that Russia has put the investigative journalist Christo Grozev, working for Bellingcat, on its wanted list.

 "We insist that Bulgaria's Prosecutor's Office immediately provides information on the development of all investigations into Bellingcat's revelations about the actions of Russia's military intelligence on Bulgarian territory, the assassination attempt of businessman Emilian Gebrev and his son in 2015", AEJ-Bulgaria said.

According to GERB party, Bulgaria’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs should summon Russia’s Ambassador to Sofia. “We insist that Bulgaria's authorities react strongly to the acts of intimidation against Hristo Grozev!", said GERB party.
