Bulgarian artists living in America are presenting Bulgaria in Chicago at the international celebration of cultures - Mount Prospect Celebration of Cultures 2023. We learn about the event from the cultural center "Bulgarica", which has been operating since 2014 as a non-governmental organization in Illinois, USA.

The start is at 11:00 a.m. local time, and the Bulgarian participation is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., with the performances of the dance school "Bulgarica", the dance formation "Vivanov - Chicago", as well as the singer Sonia Membreño.

During the cultural performance, at a specially created Bulgarian stand, objects and souvenirs symbolizing Bulgaria's rich folklore and modern culture will be exhibited, the organizers note.

Kopp Park in Mount Prospect (420 Dempster Street, Mount Prospect, IL 60056) has been selected as the festival venu.e
