President Rumen Radev stated at a briefing that he will appeal to the Constitutional Court because of the changes in the Constitution, which were finally adopted by the Parliament earlier today.
"For the experiment with the Constitution, the Bulgarians will pay a heavy price, and as the head of state, it is my duty to appeal to the Constitutional Court," he told journalists about the changes to Bulgaria's basic law that were finally adopted today.

According to him, with the admission of foreign citizenship in the management of the country - for deputies and ministers, the rulers have shown that the presence of double standards of loyalty to Bulgaria is not a problem for them.

According to him, the voted changes will not solve the major problems of justice and guarantee justice for the Bulgarian citizens, which was the purpose for which they were supposedly initiated.
