Dozens of Bulgarian parents of children with disabilities and many other citizens have once again protested in front of the Council of Ministers building in Sofia, despite an action plan signed yesterday by representatives of the government on the adoption of legislation changes concerning people with disabilities.
The plan envisages adopting a package of laws concerning people with disabilities, as well as personal assistance laws by the end of the year. Plans also envisage allocation of some 75 million euros more to the issues in the sphere in 2019.
Protesters accused the prime minister of not fulfilling commitments; of the lack of real reforms, as well as of the lack of interest in effective and competent management.
