October is the perfect time to enjoy the mountain and walks in the nature. Trees shed their beautiful leaves and fantastic rock shapes resembling humans and animals reveal before our eyes.

Rumen Zinoviev who searches for ancient sanctuaries, alters and mysterious rock phenomena gathered in a photo album hundreds of curious anthropomorphic and zoomorphic figures. Are these figures made by human hand or they are just a game of nature?

In an interview for Radio Bulgaria Rumen Zinoviev tells details about the rocks formations he has been zealously collecting for years. He found some of them himself. Others were found with the help of local people. “I came to the conclusion that nature is quite wise, because it hides from us things we can destroy”, Rumen Zinoviev says.

You can take a look of some of the most impressive rock figures in Radio Bulgaria’s publication: Rumen Zinoviev’s rocky discoveries: searching for link between modern age and antiquity.
