About 40 police officers covered the crimes of driver who caused death of two women in Sofia

Nearly 40 police officers, including three in leadership positions, were covering up the actions of Georgi Semerdzhiev, accused of causing an accident on Cherni Vrah Boulevard in Sofia, in which two young women died.

According to caretaker Minister of the Interior, Ivan Demerdzhiev, officers helped him receive only administrative punishments for serious offenses. The minister promised quick measures.
