Addressing a letter to British Prime Minister Theresa May, Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov has expressed condolences to the families of the killed and injured citizens in the wake of the terrorist attack in Manchester. In his message Borissov has voiced firm conviction that with joint efforts of the British authorities and based on cooperation with the governments of Britain’s allies the perpetrators of this atrocious act will be found and brought to justice.
