Bulgaria's Minister responsible for the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of EU, Liliana Pavlova, has reported in Parliament over the progress of the presidency, which is being implemented dynamically and in the spirit of a constructive dialogue.
For the first half of the presidency's term, 15 dossiers have been completed and progress has been made over 35 legislative dossiers, the minister said.
